Avery's Great Grandma Nanny is on a road trip with a large group of friends and one of the stops just so happened to be in Colorado Springs. Lucky for us! We met her group for dinner tonight and got to catch up with her! Grandma Nanny hasn't seen Avery since Christmas and Avery has changed SO much since then. Back then, Avery wasn't even crawling yet! Now she's a little mover and shaker ~ all over the place!! At first, Avery was a bit shy... after all, it was a lot to take in! But once she got comfortable, the little ham that she is started coming out! She was playing peek-a-boo with Grandma Nanny, walking around visiting with everyone and was even kind enough to eat all of Grandma Nanny's dessert! We had a blast! This is the only picture I took but there were more taken so hopefully they'll find their way back to me and I can post them!
It was so wonderful to see Avery again after all this time. Everyone in the Junquers group enjoyed seeing her interact with a lot of them. Just like they were old friends. This morning they all told me what a doll she is. And I got to talk to Jeanette about what's been going on in hers and Andrews's lives.
