Avery's 2 year Check Up!

Avery had her 2 year old check up at her Pediatrician's office this morning. The doctor gave us a lot of helpful advice on what to expect developmentally and how to handle a 2 year old and all of the accompanying behavior (good and bad)! I really like how much time our doctor spends with us and how detailed she is. According to the doctor, Avery is very healthy and developing right on track! She's in the 50% for her height (34 inches), 25% for her weight (25.5lbs) and between the 25%-50% for her head. We find this so funny because she started out as such a chunky baby and then was an average pre-toddler and now she's a little skinny mini toddler. It's probably because she NEVER stops moving!! She only had to get one shot today... Shots are never a happy thing but that's to be expected. At least she's done with it and won't have to worry about going back for another check up until she's 3 years old.
