Avery can say her name now better than ever! It's not perfect but it's pretty close! She calls herself "Ah-vry"! She understands the concepts of "names". We can ask her what our names are and she knows. (Well, to clarify... she doesn't know that we're "Andrew & Jeanette" it's "daddy & mommy"!) We can ask her what her name is and she always replies "Ah-vry"!! She used to just call herself "meeeee". Avery even uses her name in a sentence. If she needs her shoes, she'll ask for "Ah-vry's shoes". So she's really gotten the concept quite well!
Of course Avery says her name constantly but clams up when we try to capture it on video. Below are two videos of her saying her name... of course, never as exuberantly as she does when the camera isn't on. What can you do?!? ;)
